The resort is conveniently located near the new domestic airport, Ifuru. Each villa is 180m² and is designed as a classic Maldivian style house, with high pitched hip roof and an elegant thatch exterior finish.

The Singaporean based developer is offering up to 50% vendor finance at 6.5% interest per annum. There are no profit tax, annual property tax and stamp duty. The developer will provide a guaranteed return on investments of 8% per annum. They also offer a ‘Buy-Back Option’ where they will purchase the villa back at 115% of original purchase price after 3 years.
